The brief

A 420m² creative agency needed to move from a tired sub-lease into a space that represented their brand the moment anyone walked in. The client wanted exposed elements, custom millwork, and zero vendor reliance — everything built in-house.

• — Full strip-out and make-good of existing tenancy
• — Polished concrete floors throughout open plan
• — Custom American oak reception desk and feature wall joinery
• — Integrated AV + cable management concealed inside joinery runs
• — Two private meeting rooms with acoustic panelling
• — Staff kitchen with stone benchtop and full-height cabinetry
